Just completed w7r3 and it feels awesome!!! Previously I posted that I had a big gap of weeks of the program and I was try I g to get my pace back. Well finally it's back!!I did initially for a few weeks shorter runs (10min) and last week I starred the longer ones. This week it just felt right to start w7, and I was right! Now I'm returning home and I feel like a champion!! Another 2 weeks to go!!
Advise to all the newbies: don't give up!! It might feel extremely difficult when you start but it's all worth that feeling of success!!
