Jumping on today's Park Run theme, I also completed my first ever "proper" 5K today with a time of 35.20 - I am astounded! Was hoping for something under 40 minutes so extremely chuffed. Had a bit of a panic when I couldn't find my phone before I left the house - I always listen to a podcast when I run - but just focussed on the lovely surroundings, the beautiful rainbow and even enjoyed the rain when it came 😊. Now I feel like a real runner - I have a Personal Best!
