Scraping the car to go to Park run really, running is a bug definitely!!
That sub 30 minute goal, just eluded me π€ .
We were told it was muddy like last week but add to that, a sprinkling of slippyness and it was definitely a little bit like a Helter skelter in parts.
The poor trainers need some hot water TLC before Monday but right now I can hear a kettle boiling ahhhhh did I say my π has now defrosted ... Slipped across the finish line on 30.38.....
All defrosted and tea never tasted soooooo good. Hats off to those runners who run in nothing but shorts and tee-shirts in this weather, I'll wait a while I think haha β tea done, now it's coffee pre school shoe shopping trip π
Really well done. That's an amazing time in such conditions. Since week 9 run1 I've only managed sub 30 min 5k once. And I really did scrape in at 29.59.
Fitbit tells me that I've done it a couple more times, but I dont believe it. RunKeeper always has me slower and I think it's more accurate to be honest.
You're going great. In good conditions, you'll smash that sub 30.
