Ok so 8am do I chance it after such a headache filled week...nah they say...you know you have brought loads of work home...it’s month end don’t you know!! Have to get all those invoices posted. True says I but I really need to go out...only done one since graduation and that was tough!! Maybe you should go tomorrow they say. Hmmm maybe....no shut the f****** up I AM GOING!! So off I went...decided to try a different route today, so off to the Rec...bad decision 30 minutes worth would be about 10 laps and the dog walkers would be having a laugh so decided to run along the river then in and around all the many little housing areas. You would of thought having lived in this town for 40 years that I would know my way around...it would seem not took a wrong turn and ends up doing a 15 Min cool down to get back to my car🤣🤣🤣🤣 anyway gremlins 0

Think will go back to cycle path next time didn’t really enjoy going round the houses.

Sorry for the ramble just glad I got the better if the little blighters!!

Urghh don’t feel like I deserve any points have been rubbish since graduation!! Not enjoying getting out there at all!!

After the high comes the lows... just keep getting out there, you went out after what sounded like a crappy week with migraines and all that. So you deserve points in my book anyway

Thanks, just one of those weeks I guess? I think nothing is coming close to the buzz of throwing myself outta that plane this week if I am honest!!! Just keep plodding 😜

It must be hard after the buzz of graduation and jumping out of an aeroplane to keep on track. I had injury after graduating and have found it hard to get back. Only running for short time at the moment but hey at least it's something. Perhaps you need to give yourself another goal to aim for to keep motivated? Not seizing up and turning back into a couch potato is my goal but maybe I need another more positive goal!

Yeah I am just gonna try to do 3 lots per week....I seem to manage 20-25 comfortably but that last 5 seems to go on for ever!! Sure the more I do it the more manageable it will get? I hope!!

I have never had a migraine but I do know migraine sufferers...I know it can knock you for six...just take it easy until you feel ready to go out again..your Mojo is just missing at the moment & it sounds like you’re disappearing under a pile of work..try and relax over the weekend 😚

Haha I have been buried in a pile of work for the whole 18 months have worked there...good job I like to be busy!! 😂 just hard work when head is bad all week too...will not be beaten, just enjoy it all the more when mojo decides to reappear!!

So happy to read the other day of your graduation. Jealous is the word! I am still in IC although whilst I was in France on Friday to Tuesday I did manage two fast walks against the Physic advice. On Thursday I saw the Physic again and she feels I may be back running towards the very end of October but not before. I am exercising and have been told it is ok to walk provided I warm up and stretch properly.

Not sure what I will do as far as C2 5K is concerned as having reached week 8 run 2 I was so nearly there. I am off to Thailand for October returning right at the end of the month.

Each 4* and 5* hotel have gyms and plenty of pools plus lovely beaches with warm seas to exercise in.

Shall I start right back at week 1?

I would have thought you would not need to start right back at the start? You have been exercising. But I am no expert many more on here better qualified to give proper advice. Thailand for a month? WOW!!! Now I’m really jealous!! My daughter goes back for the third time in March for her honeymoon it looks idyllic!! Keep recovering and get back to us when you can I wondered where you had gone!!
