Park run

Just getting up to do my local park run. I did last week at 55minutes. Determined to beat that time today. I've never been competitive but suddenly I'm challenging myself!

I did couch to five K two years ago then stopped running. It's amazing how my body has just slipped back in to it after a few runs. The encouragement of my local walk/ run group has been amazing and key to what I'm doing now.

Thank you. I was definitely well paced! Think I was the last one in but five minutes faster than last week so feeling delighted!


Enjoy, but make sure you take it slow and steady!
