I registered yesterday. I am not up to running 5k yet though. I have just finished week 6 so was thinking I may wait until I finish the whole programme. But I’m also excited too so who knows, I may do my first park run soon. Just like you if someone told me that I would be running (and enjoying it) this year I would never have believed them. Enjoy your first park run 🏃‍♀️

Don’t delay. Do it. It’s amazing. Just do it as part of your weekly runs on C25K plan. Walk for the first 5 mins and then follow the intervals as per the App. When the session ends just walk at a fast pace to the finish line. Don’t forget your barcode and have a ball.

Just do it. You’ll love it. But beware, it may become addictive.
