Ran this at lunchtime, although I normally run early mornings before work. Happy at the achievement so far, Saturdays 20 min run seems a little daunting though!

I remember looking forward to that run...........I must be made differently to all those who approach it with trepidation..
Today you ran and walked for twenty one minutes between warm up and cool down. Next one is only twenty............
Believe you can do it. Go as slow as you need to. It is yours for the taking.
Relish the challenge.........and practice grinning!
Feels like such a jump doesn't it? I was sure I couldn't do it but decided to have a go and see what happened and yes I did do it! I realised that I find the longer runs easier (though still a challenge!) as it gives you a chance to find your stride/breathing/pace.
Take it nice and steady no matter how slow, and you will do it too! Good luck

What a gorgeous run! I need to be there! You can do it, we all did and I for one was completely unfit before starting and I still managed it. It's worryingly exciting but absolutely doable
