I love to run and it has helped my health. I used to be a diabetic now I am not. I have been married for over 40 years and he supports me and is always at the finish line waiting for me. He helps my running by little things he says.

No just found this today and loved the article for 5k times. Just thought I would check it out. I have been running since I was 63.

This is a great programme..it might be fun for you to do..but you may find it too constricting :)

If you are an experienced runner.. why not pop across to Bridge to10K :)

Thought about it but can't quite get to mile 7 so I have been working hard on the 5k. I still push at least twice a week for more miles. Just not there yet.

Maybe try this then..if you feel confident you could start mid- programme. or just start from Week 1 and build up :)
