I may just be back in the saddle

So to speak. After some good times, a holiday to South Africa, and more challenging ones - death of an elderly friend and illness of another - I have now returned home to lovely west Wales for more than a couple of nights at a time.

When I left, about three weeks ago, I had just finished week 4, and was apprehensive about week 5. So I didn't take my trainers. Yesterday I gave myself a bit of a talking to, and today I did week 5 run 1 and felt OK. I really thought I might have to start again from scratch so am actually quite delighted. Just saying.

PS I haven't looked ahead but I know from postings on here it's going to get serious.

Well done, and equally there is no harm in going back and redoing weeks either.... keep us posted 😎

Thanks, yes you're right. I could be on week 5 run 1 for some time, but I'm happy with it.
