Today the running sections are starting to feel easier. I seemed to settle into the rhythm quicker π. So something must be working!!
Does anyone have any good exercises for stiff/achey hips and lower back??? I'm not sure it's necessarily the running that's causing the stiffness, but more my new job as I'm on my feet all day, and I really ache at the end of my shift. Any tips gratefully received.

Well done π just did mine and found first 3 mins really easy! but on the last 5 my legs were v tired...not enough to stop but enough to think "Hurry up, Sarah" I listen to Sarah Millican. Who do you have in your ear? Next one Thurs for me π

I'm not sure when to run next, it'll either be Thursday pm after work or Friday am before work.... not keen on afternoon runs they just seem much harder! So I'll see how I feel...
