I generally run in the morning, I find I've got less engery in the evenings and more reasons to put off going out. The plus for me around running in the morning is that it's done and dusted.
I found the first 60 second run sooo hard! Didn't realise it would be as long... By end of the 3 runs it will be easier. (I am only on week 4 so remember it well😅)
Well done Julia . Just so you know, if you carry on with this program, by week 9 you will run non stop for 30mins. It seems impossible to imagine but it happened to me and hundreds of others. Go get em!!!!!!!
