Hi everyone. I've just completed the second run of week 4 and feel pretty good. I used to be able run up to 10k but fell into over eating, drinking and half hearted attempts to get fit. The couch to 5k app has really motivated me as it's easy to follow and a slow build to fitness. I'm combining exercise with the 5/2 diet so hopefully stepping on the scales won't be too daunting soon.
