Last Saturday I finished my week 3 day 3 session. Started to feel good about how much I improved so hopefully I’ll get better after this.

Today I’ll start my week 4 day 1!!!

You are running, and doing just fine :)

Every run makes you stronger... and with your added exercise on rest days, your stamina and strength are improving too...just follow the plan.. you're doing great!
