Back to it

Just done my first run after a week on IC. Picked up where I left off and amazed it wasn’t horrible! Kept all the advice in my head from on here to keep the pace down and it went well. I feel really good now, slight twinge in my knee but not painful like before. Big thanks for all the help from the people on here, don’t think I’d have gone back out if it wasn’t for that.
