Ran my 1st 5k race yesterday, it was Gung-Ho 5k and was absolutely brilliant, if anyone's ever thought about doing this go for it, so much fun...there's inflatable obstacles along the way and at the end is a 5 storey high foam slide, to think I was so worried about going up there I loved it (hate heights) π best part was not having to worry about completing the 5k and that's all thanks to the c25k app and this group ππ

We did it too, even though I am on week 4, I just walked/ran, it was brill, especially the massive slide at the end!
A Gung ho 5k that sounds something worth trying. Well done on doing it and the slide....
