Week 4 run 3

A beautiful day, I was running through a gorgeous autumnal valley... and it was just too hard. Couldn’t manage the longest run (5 mins) and had to give up and start walking a minute early. But if I have to repeat today that’s ok. This forum has taught me that it’s about getting to the destination at your own speed that matters.

It was lovely out there this morning, but sometimes it can seem harder than at other times for no apparent reason. Just take your rest day and then try again. I'm sure you can do it. :-)

Slow down.... then slow down more :) Your journey at your own pace... and because it is such a great journey...why rush it :)

Yup your speed, your pace it isn't a race... but just a minute that's only 60 seconds between runners. So next time, you know how to pace yourself. Well done
