Week 4 run 3

Didn't quite complete this run properly as I fell at about the 2 minute mark on the first 3 min run. I was very tempted to just turn back and go home but I walked it off and then started again for the next 5 min run. Gutted as was so full of energy and looking forward to a good run despite feeling really lethargic yesterday after my second AZ jab.

Enjoy your Sunday folks x

Felt bad liking that! Poor you hope you aren’t too scarred, I was very lethargic after my second jab but don’t be disheartened there is always another better run on the way keep going 🏃‍♀️

Thank you Wavy chick. I am still very sore after the fall but i think it will ease off soon. Luckily i only had the one day of feeling very tired after the jab - i was concerned as reacted very badly to first one. Looking forward to getting out Wednesday

I too was awful for a few weeks after my first although I did react to the second it wasn’t half as bad as the first! Anything for some freedom!

Thank you Dee. I'm ok but very stiff and sore. Was going to repeat the run but now thinking about starting week 5 x

Good for you for keeping going. You might be a bit stiff later on though,

Thank you. I was pleased with myself. And yes was very stiff and sore. Even more so today. Fingers crossed it will ease off soon.

Sorry to here about your fall, when I had my second vaccination I didn't run for a week as I felt tired. When I did go out this didn't affect my performance. Take Care.

Thank you Drun. I reacted very badly to the first one so am pleased i just had one day of tiredness. Seems to affect people in many different ways.

I fell over in one of the early weeks too and was really cross cos it interrupted my focus, so I know how you felt, but so glad I got up and finished. The scab on my knee is almost gone now, speedy recovery to you.

Oh and to you. Luckily I didn't have any cuts just bruises to my knee and cheek bone and sore wrists from the impact. Feeling much better now. Looking forward to getting out tomorrow x
