5K Charity Run before I start Week 6

To say I am exhausted would be an understatement. I thought I included enough hills into my runs but clearly not. Today’s charity had plenty of hills and they nearly killed me off but I managed to do it and beat my personal best.

Time to rest up.

I could have ran faster but the track was very narrow. I feel I need to go slower and practice more on hills as most of the organised runs are on hills. I’m going to give myself a three day break before starting W6R1. It’s great to run with others. I guess that’s why I like running these 5K races.
