Sneaked out this afternoon for a quick run, knowing I prob wouldn't get out tomorrow.
I've struggled a little since graduation, not knowing which app to use to keep me going, so have just redone w9r3, but something wasn't right, couldn't seem to keep going for 30mins, needing to stop & walk (even after slowing down) times weren't great, distance not too bad, rain stopped play, so started losing my mojo a little.
So this afternoon made the decision to go and keep trying, left my 11yo on his Xbox under the watchful eye of my neighbour, put on my running shoes, turned on a podcast I was recommended, no Jo in my ear & off I went.
35mins & just short of 5k later, feeling amazing π. Didn't stop running for the full time - apart from to let a bus pass me on a country lane, I could've gone further (had to be back for strictly come π & son to feed) & i felt great, fastest splits yet! Now looking forward & planning when I can get my next run π in.
I think my mojo is well & truly back ππ
