Just got back from a lovely run along the canal path ,it's first time I've run this route ,and it was glorious. I went with my daughter and we ran without headphones chatting as we went and enjoying the sight of the barges and swans . I'm so glad I can run again for 30 mins &unlike last time I'm not wanting to increase my distance just yet or pushing for speed ,just enjoying the run . So grateful that at 59 I am able to do it. Keep up ,the good work everybody and so grateful to be a part of this group .
