Omg omg omg I did it! So happy right now. Ran without stopping once and ran much further than last time. I've downloaded the c210k app. Feel I need structure to carry on with this. The park run beckons!

Well done and congratulations!! Certainly do Park Run to consolidate what you have learnt so far, but I would leave off starting to work towards 10k until you have a few more weeks worth of running 30mins 3 times a week (although you can also mix up with a faster shorter run). If you want structure then try some of the C25K+ podcasts.

Just have fun over the next few weeks and get into the running habit.

Yes good advice, thank you 😊

Good morning and a massive congratulations to you for completing the programme. I'm so happy for you.

What a perfect time to complete it aswell, the start of the weekend.

I'm sure that you will continue running and eventually reach that 10K. Good luck.

Yes I think I'm going to carry on with the 30 minute runs but just try and run a bit faster

Try the c25k + podcasts, but really just run regularly. Speed will naturally improve with practise.😊x

Congratulations. That's fantastic.

It's a wise decision to continue with your 30 minute runs, and the 5K+ podcasts can help you with that. Stamina is good at keeping you running longer and Speed has intervals to help you improve your speed (obviously).

When I graduated I gave myself a couple of months just getting really comfortable before thinking about 10K, but I know what you mean about the structure. I also carried on using the Week 9 podcast to help me with my regular runs, before moving on to my own music etc.

Go you, and happy running.

Graduate!!!! yeay... Massive congratulations to you!!! Very well done.

Take some time before moving to 10K... you need to consolidate the 30 minute runs for a week or two and then maybe start with the C25k+ podcast.... Your running legs are only just getting going.. and your strength and stamina need to build too.

Enjoy the party.. we will all be there.. and then think how you can move on :) We will help ! :)

Congratulations on completing the programme. What an achievement. I agree it all gets strangely addictive...I'm on week 8 and having done my first 28 minutes run, I'm already thinking what next. Just enjoy that amazing feeling of being able to run for 30 minutes..that's awesome.

It is strangely addictive, when I'm actually running I'm begging for it to end then when i do finish the run I can't wait to go again 😂 what's all that about? I'm going to run again tomorrow for 30 minutes and try and run a bit faster. Good luck with your last week! I'll be watching out for you x
