As everyone had warned, this run was tough and mean, making me swear not once but twice at Jo when she gave me a time update. But somehow I kept going - it was beautiful in the park with autumn in the air - and I have now got that wonderful walking on air feeling ☁

Happy running everyone!

It sure is! It's trying to keep it in mind when the legs are shouting 😊

Wow. Well done. I've still got that week to come in the future so haven't experienced it yet. I have looked it at though but I'm trying not to be scared as yet because I still have the other weeks to get through, which in turn will only build me. Well done to you though. Keep up the good work.

This is making you a real runner so well done for persevering. You will be so exhilarated by the time you get run 3 under your belt this week.

Happy running. :-)

Catches everybody out this run 🏃

Well done for getting through, only onwards & upwards now!

It's a feisty one this one for sure, it was my nemesis run, the only one I did twice... so well done on getting it done - enjoy the rest of the week

Thank you all for the lovely, supportive comments - seriously I never thought I'd be eyeing up the next non-interval run with a sense of anticipation!
