I am new here and can't believe I have completed W1R3! I suffer with lower back pain due to bulging discs and sciatica. I am also quite overweight and pushing 60. I hope I am going to be able to cope as the weeks get more strenuous as I struggled with the third run today.

Well done for getting started! I have bulging discs in my neck and was actually advised by my physio to try C25k as exercise. Just take things slow and steady, take as many tries as you need to complete a week, maybe take extra rest days inbetween each run and remember that you are doing more than those who are sitting on the couch!!
(Oh, and keep posting here for advice and support 😁)
