Completed wk4 just can anyone tell me why the top of my feet hurt so much laces are loose shoes aren't tight what am I doing so wrong because I nearly stopped for the first time but I didn't which is good

Could be tight calf muscles believe it or not! Stretch after each run by doing the stair rise/drop exercise (see Mrs Google). Also, invest in a foam roller

Thanks for the advice not looking forward to going into wk5 with this pain .... I'll do those exercises on my day off running too anything to help.... not sure I could use the foam roller on foot it's big maybe I could just massage the area ?? Thanks again

Use the foam roller on your calves 🙂

And roll a golf ball or small bottle of frozen water under your foot.
