Week 8 run 1🙃!!

Wow I really enjoyed this evening's run!! 😁😁!! Can you tell?!

Drove back from a conference in Stratford just in time to head out before it got too late (to avoid tripping up on uneven pathways) to our local NT park and apart from a minor stitch (again ?!) which I ran off it was an amazing run.... I loved it ... enjoyed it so much and felt so good I ran in through my 5 min cool down 🏃‍♀️😃😃! Great day all round. Inspiring i wouldn't have believed it if I've have told my own self weeks ago I could run 34 minutes and ENJOY it!!
