well i got through a week. todays went well considering im full of cold. even managed another 3 reps ontop of the run. comin off the cigarettes too. 40 smokes all week instead of 20 per day since last wed. today is a good day

Well done on the smokes and the running, but don't get into the habit of going off piste too much. The plan will deliver without any extras and deviation increases injury risk.
