Been there myself, to be honest, we all have, that's one of the great things about the program, we all started from the same place, believe me, I was gasping my way through week 1 and week 2, I never honestly thought I'd get past them.

Just follow the program, go slow and steady and you WILL surprise yourself.

Just one foot in front of the other... slow and steady all the way :)

Take your rest days, listen to your body and the great positive advice on here..:) ( We do get a few speedsters or scaremongers, but they disappear pretty sharpish..)

Just trust the programme... listen to the advice and some of the experiences of folk at your stage of the run too:)

Make sure you pop in some exercise ( non impact ) on rest days.... walks, cycling, swimming, and maybe a some strength and flex too..it will help.

You will move on and you will amaze yourself!
