I only went and did it. Now for run 2 on Wednesday. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Week 5 run 2 is two runs with a walk in the middle that was longer than the one you had today, you will be fine.

Remember:

1: slow and steady and

2: breathe

You can do this, the program doesn't ask you to do anything you can't physically do, especially when you get to week 5.

Just as you are doing, slowly and steadily and beautifully :)

You are ready for the run..just take it very gently!

Relax and just know you can do it... just another run:)

Of course you did! great work and you must now believe in yourself 😊 W5R2 is surprisingly ok and i bet you'll find yourself less conscious of the time than on the shorter runs. We'll be running together on Weds!
