Despite having a painful W4R3 due to my arch-pain issues, I couldn't wait to get out there and give W5R1 a shot........so I was out at 5:00am in nervous anticipation coupled with dogged determination!!!!
But not before having a "doh" moment!!!! π€ππAfter several helpful suggestions on here re my foot pain, I thought maybe I'll take off my insoles....i ended up taking out not only the insoles but the original shoes insoles too.....(I didn't know you could remove these off!!!!)....so this meant that my last run was with DOUBLE insoles....so no wonder my feet were in so much pain....!!!! Doh!!! π
Replaced original insoles with new insoles and off I went......and I had the most amazing run!!!! It was so quiet and peaceful and each 5min stint went by like a doddle!!! Bonus was that I got to watch sunrise πwhile i ranπββοΈ.....gorgeous!!!
Morale of my post: Crazy o'clock works!!!π

Lol, but to be honest I wouldn't have thought of that either, glad to see you are back on form and your enthusiasm is still burning bright #hotheelsisback x
I used to do evening runs when I first started......trying to fit a run with a very busy schedule is tricky....so I tried an early morning run to get it out of the way on a day I knew I would be shattered in the evening......and it has stuck!
But....no....that won't work in the winter. But I'll cross that bridge when I get to it....!!!π
