Hello everyone! I've just completed my final run of the programme! Woohoo!!

Quite fittingly, my last minute warning came as pretty woman started playing on Spotify- my first song back in week 1 run1! Had a bit of a brain malfunction and stopped the app before the end of the warm down walk so didn't get to hear Sanjeev say goodbye 🙄 Other than that, I'm over the moon!!!

Thank you everyone for your support these past few weeks. Really couldn't have done it without your wise words and encouragement. And to those who are working through the programme, keep believing, it really does work!
