My W4R3 should have been yesterday but always too busy on Saturday so was looking forward to my run today...so why have I woken up with just no motivation to run at all! Not a happy bunny today I'm thinking it's because I have missed 3 days of antidepressants after forgetting to put script in in time boo hoo 😣

Sit yourself down, give yourself a good talking to, the run and completing the run may help you due to the endorphins. I'm no specialist but there are plenty of reports of running helping people with depression.
Give it a go, if you still feel the same after then please feel free to send me some abuse. You may surprise yourself though.
Hahaa no abuse forthcoming, coz you're right up to now running has helped immensely with my depression. Think im probably going to have to give myself a few slaps round the face today tho lol never mind a talking to...😉 thanks for the advice!
Hello, can totally sympathise, hopefully you'll have your meds back soon? (withdrawal probably not something you want to be dealing with eh!),
Running really really does help though! Science shows it time and time again! Focus on that sense of accomplishment and the happy post you'll be able to make after!
PS you probably don't need the slaps round the face, if you're anything like me you'll get the same red-faced glow from running
Get my meds back tomorrow thankfully lol but withdrawal is horrid n probs why I can't be bothered today but I'm going to go shortly anyway otherwise I'll be sooo mad at myself I'll just feel even worse! Let u all know how it goes later hahaa 😃
