Have just completed run 3 of week 4. Haven't really told many people I'm doing it, as I normally do a couple of runs and then give up!
I've found the 5 minute runs hard going but I have to remind myself that a few weeks ago, I found a minute difficult! I did complete a park run a few months back but haven't been brace enough to do another one yet, but I've set myself a goal of doing another on the first week in Oct, as I should be running a bit more by then.
Have a good weekend!!

Well done ..week 4 already. I was the same as you. The 5 minute run was a real challenge but I stuck at the programme. I set my reminder to run and didn't dare miss it. Keep at it..read the posts on here for encouragement. I'm on my second run of 25 minutes ...never did I think I would do this. I did a parkrun at end of July, dragged along by my sister. Got round by walking a lot but my legs killed me for 3 days after. That was my motivation to start couch25k. Never liked the idea of running and walking before but this programme so works. I love it. Good luck in your running journey. You can do it.
That's pretty much the same as me. Ran/walked the PR and was nearly the last runner. Everyone is lovely but I felt awful! Tried other C25K apps but never lasted this long.
I just want to run 5k without walking, don't care about the time (yet!), I just want to do it all in one go to prove to myself I can stick to something!!
