Can't believe I have run for 20 minutes! Woohoo!

I've just completed week 5 run 3. A whole 20 minute run. I am amazed at myself! I started week 1 in February so I've had to repeat a few runs, and have a few extra rest days, but at 46 and 3 stone overweight I am currently VERY proud of myself!

Mo, I have to say, your writing as improved along with your running. I can read your messages much better now, if you're running is improving at the same rate, you could be our next Paula Radcliffe. Oh and well done notarunner, good effort.

yes me too, at 5:15 I'm doing run 2 of week 9, its 9 mile round trip although I walk the first 2 mile, then do the 5k, then run and walk back. I have wild horses for company, plenty of sheep if I feel that way inclined and cattle that wouldn't look out of place in Africa.. Good luck, we can exchange reports later. I shall look forward to your report immensely now I can read them lol.
