Well after not running in the wind and rain I got up early and ran Tuesday morning. However when I got in I started sneezing and since then I haven't stopped sniffing and sneezing. My next run is scheduled for tomorrow morning. My question is should I run or wait until I stop having to blow my nose every 5minutes

Hi Barbs! I think the general advice is, if your symptoms are from the neck up, you are okay to exercise (gently), neck down = rest up. I am all in favour of the "rest up". You don't want to make yourself feel worse and prolong the cold / hate the run. Feel better soon.

Hi Barbs, I took a week off after week 6 , following a cold, and repeated week 6 again, listen to your body and don't beat yourself up about it.
