That's right folks, your reading a post from someone who has not long been in from her W9,R3 outing. Woo hoo.
Massive well done to those who will also, and already have, graduated this week and it's great standing alongside you.
Thank you to everyone on this forum for their direct and indirect support. There are many inspirational posts on here to refer to. There's been a few times I've wondered why I've put myself through this programme and I'm sat here now knowing the answer - I'm now healthier and fitter, and it's only taken a couple of months. Don't get me wrong, there's still work to do but I've made a bloody good start.
Now, if someone could please point me in the way of the link to say I've graduated, I'll be on my way to the podium!
Happy Wednesday everyone

It does feel great but I'm more stunned to have got this far! It's a great programme and it's good to hear you share that sentiment when saying you feel the benefits of C25k. Your stamina will continue to improve too Week 5 was my hardest week. For me, it was the make or break week and I'm pleased to say it was a make! Good luck for the rest of the programme - I hope to see the graduate badge next to your name in the future.
It does! Like most people who start C25K, running 30 minutes seems so impossible, especially when we feel so knackered after week 1, and now I'm striving to run for longer. Crazy! Your badge suits you too
Holy moly, you snuck that one in... I thought Friday was your plan.... you caught me out... blooming fantastic.
Bling bling bling I am being blinded by the gleam of bling
I was hoping for a finish on Wednesday but definitely by Friday at the latest. I'm so pleased I did it on Wednesday and can shout about it now. So, tomorrow I will, instead, be putting on my big girl pants and going for my first independent run. A very big sincere thank you from me to you for your support - it's been great having someone to relate too and share the journey with on a regular basis. I think we should run amok with our bling though. Why not? We've earnt it!
p.s. When I say 'big girl pants', I'm not sharing anything inappropritate - it's a metaphor
Metaphoric or not big girl pants work for me... I'm so pleased you got there after your late shenanigans.... I was just about to say you were on my 'watch list' but that sounds way too creepy... but you know what I mean, you were rocking along fantastically and then all of a sudden bam, you got gremlinned....
Congratulations 🎊 🏃 fantastic achievement 🥉 I'm about to do Week 2 Run 3, so am playing catch-up 😁. All these inspiring posts are truly motivational. May you run for very long time ☺️
