Week 3 Run 2, AKA "Shut up, legs!"

I was really looking forward to my run and was very motivated to go out, which was a welcome change! Decided to try a new playlist for a bit of variety.

As usual, I was taking it really slow and steady, but I was getting unusually tired, much more so than usual. Then I realised that while I was running at a slow speed, I was also running to the beat of the ridiculously fast drum & bass. Legs going at light speed while I was going nowhere - like a sausage dog trying to sprint! No wonder my calves felt like they were on fire - but I managed to stick it out so it was all good.

Back to the regular playlist for the next run, methinks!

You made me laugh, I kept picturing one of those cartoon dogs trying to run! 😂😂😂

Well done, and with extra conditioning work as well!
