Stick with it and you definitely will! I was where you are just 2 months ago, and tonight I'll be heading out for my graduation run. I would never have believed I could run for 30 mins by the end of the summer. Good luck!

You will get better with every single run. You will notice improvement in your recovery times very quickly.

Don't try to run fast, just a comfortable steady jog. Always take your rest days, they are when muscles strengthen and repair.

Enjoy the journey but be warned, you may not recognise yourself in a few weeks time.

Keep running, keep smiling.
