Have had a week off with night shifts and taking youngest daughter to university so after my sleep this morning ( night shift last night), I need to start week 7. Wondering whether to repeat a less demanding run ?

A week off shouldn't make that much difference and might actually refresh your body. Start at week 7 and see how you go.
