Well, I've kicked off my week 2 runs, that's run 1 under my belt, the run wasn't very much more arduous than the week 1 runs, it my legs are certainly feeling it tonight.

I run in the evening, after I've got home from work and done my jobs etc, I can then get off to the gym, my poor old legs have done a days worth of exercise before I get started. Well they'll just have to get used to it, cos that's the way things happen for me ...

Rest day tomorrow 😊, maybe just a bit of walking to keep up my 10000 steps a day ...

Got to say though, I'm starting to enjoy it ... 🙄😂😊
