I'm the same, but I can tell you it does work! Just take it easy, trust the programme and come on here for help and advice when you need it. Everyone is so encouraging and it really helps to hear about how others are getting on too. It is definitely a journey, both mentally and physically. You'll be so pleased with how it all pans out! Good luck.
Great! It's great to go out and give it a go, I'll never forget the feeling after my first run - I was proud of myself for doing something I never would have done before π
Just joined this community - I am on week 4 run 1 - and consider this to be my last pitch to get into this running lark. As a 61 year old semi retired I am fortunate to have time to commit to this. I really want to be 'addicted' before the dark days set in!
