This morning sounds to have thrown up plenty of challenges for everyone, stormy weather, lashing rain and blustery gales. All I had to worry about was the state of my legs, following dancing in heels at a wedding on Sat night - not the exercise recommended for rest days. But the legs just about carried me through despite both my music and Mr Johnson dropping out on my phone. And when MJ did tune back in, he told me to keep up the pace, he cannot be serious! Going back to Jo on Weds, I'm clearly not in the great man's league 😁
