Wind problems...

No, not impolite abdominal rumblings!

Part of my run is on an exposed hillside and this morning I bore the brunt of the westerly gale that is blowing. I was pumping my little fat legs but getting nowhere. I think I broke my own slowness record. I was glad to turn for home down the hill and out of the hoolie. Think Autumn is here for sure now!

Stay safe out there people!

Good for you for actually getting out there. I was just going to write a post to see if anyone else stated in bed instead of getting up and going out in this awful weather. You make me feel quite guilty now for not going out lol

Don't fèel guilty! I have to go out early as it's my only free time to run. I hope the weather picks up so you can enjoy a less blustery run

Laughed when I read this.. it happened to me so many times in the year when I graduated!

I seem to be going backwards at some points...Well done you... and an opportune warning to be vigilant, if running in high winds or after high winds!

Bet you feel invigorated and revitalised now though :)
