I love my Asics. So light and comfortable. They solved a lot of my problems such as leg pain since I bought them a couple of weeks back.

That’s good to hear! That’s what I’m hoping less sore knees and ankles, also gone a size up as toes were rubbing a bit

I would have had the gait analysis though. I need a full arch support which was only ascertained via a gait analysis. Since I moved onto these shoes with their full gel arch support I have had no muscle or joint pain at all. Feels like running on sponges.

He did what I think his called foot mapping, stand on a board which outlines fit shape and gives an idea of support required also got me to do some squats so he could see how my ankles worked .
