I can not believe it! It may have taken me 11 weeks thanks to a two week break due to a fibro flare but i just did my graduation run! I am so *expletive* proud of myself. 😁😁😁

Feels appropriate that its August I graduate in. It was August two years ago I made a decision to sort my fitness out after starting to loose weight to control my fibro, arthritis and mental health. In the last two years I've worked out most days, walked miles and now can run when even walking for 30minutes used to be hard. If i can do it - anyone can!

Now what do I do? Thank you all for your support.

What to do next....there's the question!! We're always looking for next. Take some time just to get into the rythym of running regularly and enjoy.

There will be times when it seems a chore and you'll hate it but these times pass and the support you need will be here.

Look at other apps to support you, I got fed.up with Micheal Johnson fairly quickly🀫. Also try a tech free run, some like it some hate it but it's worth a try.

Above all be kind to yourself don't expect to progress as quickly as you have through C25K. Progress now needs time. Just accept you're doing the best you can.

Good luck moving forward and happy runningπŸ˜„

Indeed I've gone from a dress size 22 to a 10 and lost about 35/40kg and now I can run! The keeping on keeping on has been the key. X

Thanks! My little legged running companion did it too. Though he's slower since his injury he does well for a little dog.
