W6R3 - aagghh!

Just completed W6R3 and it was awful! Don't know why but I just wasn't feeling it today. Kept waiting for that feeling when you hit your stride but it never came. The whole run from start to finish felt like a real struggle.

I did change my route today so maybe that had something to do with it ( a few different surfaces involved rather than just tarmac which is what I am used to) and I also forgot my watch so became obsessed with wondering what the time was!

However, the good news is, I still did it and just hope that by the end of W7, the 25 minute run will feel less traumatic!
