So I am back.....again 8)

I came back from the injury much too soon last time, much to the annoyance of my physio. Now she has given me the all clear, if I am sensible, and curb my competitiveness (hate people passing me while I am running).

So I have just done W1R1. Glad to say no niggles with my ankle (physio will be pleased), though it was strange as I did it on a treadmill. I purchased a small one as I expect the weather is going to start changing now, it gives me no excuses!

Remember that you are only competing with yourself and everyone will be passing you if you are sat on the IC again. I'm sure you remember the mantra- Slow and steady :)

Take it easy!

Slow and steady.... don't end up on the IC again... and get out in all weathers except deep snow or icy conditions:)

You now know the importance of the slow and steady progress that is the backbone of C25K, so don't push hard at any time during the plan.

A dreadmill will remove excuses but the winter months offer some wonderful outdoor running experiences.
