Am I back or not - to be decided!!

Well everyone am back again (probably), been over a year since I last ran and have been thinking since March time to get back into it but nothing happened until today.

Was out with my youngest and her friend who were on their bikes, with the dog cantering along, kids were well in front so thought better catch up (this was on the return journey so legs were well warmed up), anyhow decided to start running and do you know what even though it was roasting hot I did it and wasn't out of breath - hot, sweaty but chuffed with myself.

Now I am thinking I can do this again, can I, will I - I hope so as, as much as I like food and wine my belly fat doesn't πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Wish me luck, am on holiday next week but am gonna take my running gear with me........

Welcome back Loobylou43, you are welcomed, enjoy your holiday next week and especially the runs, are you considering to repeat the whole program again?, many people who have been off running restart with week 3. 😊

Hiya, was thinking about repeating the whole programme, think week 3 might be a good start as don't think need to be back at the beginning, thanks for that and will keep you all informed 😁😁

After a year I have started again too. It was hard but so pleased I went. Made me realise how much I achieved last year.

I had actually finished the whole thing, just the weather got too hot and I couldn't do it. Was chuffed I finished it though.

You can do it...and you will!! Welcome back. I’ve a little break and also went back to it today. Quite nice to get the legs moving, isn’t?! Enjoy. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
