Watching the news last night I was inspired by Mimi Anderson's quest to run across America. So this morning I finally managed to keep running continuously for 30 mins - yea! I took the advice given so often on here to slow right down on those hills taking smaller steps. You know what - it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be😅 Used Laura's week9 podcast. I haven't exactly followed the programme in 9 weeks as I started in January and got to week 9 but have been still taking short walks up the hills. Can I still graduate when I do 2 more 30 min continuous runs?
