A very enjoyable run this evening, a running club were running along my route, so I ran along with them for 15 minutes, they were very encouraging.

Ahhhhh...the Dordogne...our annual holiday destination, usuallly..we go for 5 weeks at a time & travel around....beautiful part of the world x
