You're not on your own, you've got us lot. Post your trials and tribulations, let us know how you do, rant, cry, scream, laugh and share it all in here whether you need a pat on the back or a kick up the bum!

On your own... on your own!!! Do not be silly...as Cliff_H says.. we are all here... Hey you... here we are :)

I just pinched myself, yup it hurt, so yup I'm real... that means there's oodles of real people in C25K world who are on your side.

So when you run, it may seem that we're only virtual, but believe me the support is real.

Well done on not giving up, let us know how you get on....

happy running....

So you are on your own (apart from us lot!) but that makes loads of things easier.

You can run at your own pace, without having to consider someone else.

You can run when you want to.

Nobody will let you down......... certainly not yourself.

This will be your victory and yours alone.

There are always positives in every situation, so find 'em, hang onto 'em and have a wonderful journey.

We'll be here with you all the way. Enjoy it!

Don't be put off about running on your own. I really enjoy being able to lose myself in my head for a while. If you have any worries or just need a friendly prod to keep you going, we're here!

I agree with IannodaTruffe . There is no reason at all to think it will be harder and it may very well be easier without a partner who was on the verge of giving up... It does give a lot of people a bit of confidence to get started, but you are well on your way.

Thanks everyone that's so kind! Went on my own today, felt a little self conscious but I did it! Managed a faster pace on my own which is good!!

And actually, Lauratb, without wanting to be unkind, you've already had a tiny victory. You've succeeded where your running partner has opted out. You're still in the race and they've thrown in the towel. Congrats.
